Cancel an appointment:

24 hours cancellation notice is required or a $50 no-show charge will apply (except in the case of an emergency).

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will be considered to have missed their appointment and a $50 no-show fee will be charged (except in the case of an emergency).

Emergencies:

If it is an after-hours emergency and you require immediate attention please call the Vancouver 24-hour Crisis Line at 604.872.3311, or call 911 and/or go to your nearest hospital Emergency Room for assistance.

Location:

Well Woman Counselling Services is located on the 14th floor of the Fairmont Medical Building at the corner of West Broadway Avenue and Willow Street in Vancouver, BC. The building is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Parking:

Paid parking is offered in the building's Impark lot which is accessible off of Willow Street. Rates are approximately $5.50/hr on weekdays, and a flat rate of $4.00 after 5pm.

Parking meters are located nearby on Willow Street, West 10th Avenue, and West Broadway Avenue.

The building is easily accessible by public transit (e.g., bus #9 or #99) and is only a few blocks west of the new Canada Line Skytrain station.
